Opportunities for Contributions
September 1 - 6, 2024, Krakow/Poland
Even if submissions to the main tracks are no longer possible, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that there are still plenty of possibilities to submit your research to BPM 2024:
1. BPM Forum
Submissions to the various tracks of the Forum can be made until May 21 (abstract) /
May 28, 2024 (paper).
-
The BPM Industry Forum is a platform for bridging the gap between academia and industry, fostering meaningful connections among BPM experts worldwide.
-
The Blockchain Forum invites submissions of papers on techniques for and applications of distributed ledger technologies (DLTs), blockchains, and related approaches.
-
The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Forum bridges RPA technology and business processes to automate high-volume and repetitive tasks, bringing this technological innovation to BPM along with a digital task force.
-
The Forum on BPM Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) provides a discussion and dissemination platform for researchers and practitioners conducting BPM research relevant to CEE countries.
https://bpm2024.agh.edu.pl/call-for-cee-forum/ -
The Educators Forum seeks to bring together educators within the BPM community for sharing resources for improving the practice of teaching BPM-related topics by exchanging experiences, bringing in cases, and discussing teaching innovations.
https://bpm2024.agh.edu.pl/call-for-educators-forum/
2. Demos & Resources Forum
The BPM 2024 Demos & Resources Forum showcases innovative BPM tools, services, and applications, as well as resources like datasets, taxonomies, labelled event logs and annotated corpora alike, quantitative/qualitative data and benchmarks, that may originate
either from academic initiatives or industry endeavors. This provides an opportunity to present and discuss emerging technologies and relevant knowledge sources with researchers and practitioners in the field of BPM to make the community aware of the available
tools and resources.
Submissions are welcome until July 10, 2024.
3. Doctoral Consortium
PhD students working in the area of BPM and interested in inspiring discussions on their research are invited to submit a (short) paper to the Doctoral Consortium that outlines their thesis work. The DC aims to provide PhD candidates with valuable feedback
and guidance on their research proposals, but also with an opportunity to meet and interact with other PhD students as well as experienced researchers.
Submissions are welcome until June 5, 2024.
4. Journal-First Submissions
BPM 2024 organizes a journal-first track as part of the scientific programme. Authors of journal articles on BPM topics will be invited to present their work at BPM 2024 as part of a dedicated journal-first track session. This way, the authors are given the
opportunity to present their work and conference attendees can benefit from a rich overview of recent research results in the field.
Submissions are welcome until June 16, 2024.
5. Workshops
Last but not least, there is a variety of exciting workshops that are co-located with BPM 2024.
For all workshops, the submission deadline is June 7, 2024.
