Call for Workshops — PETRI NETS 2026 (submission deadline January 30, 2026)
Researchers are invited to submit proposals for workshops to be held in conjunction with the International Conference on Applications and Theory of Petri Nets and Concurrency (PETRI NETS 2026) https://conf-2026.petrinet.net
The main conference takes place from Wednesday June 24 to Friday June 26, 2026. The days before offer a wide range of activities around the theory and applications of Petri nets.
On the occasion of the 100th birthday of Carl Adam Petri, the Petri Nets conference will take place in Hamburg, Germany, at the University where Petri held an honorary professorship.
The conference is soliciting proposals for workshops to be held on Monday June 22 and Tuesday June 23. Workshops facilitate the exchange of ideas and experiences among active researchers and trigger in-depth discussion of technical, application, and novel perspectives in line with the conference topics.
Selected papers from the workshops will be invited for publication in a volume of the journal sub line of Lecture Notes in Computer Science entitled Transactions on Petri Nets and Other Models of Concurrency (ToPNoC). The papers are expected to be thoroughly revised and they will go through a totally new round of reviewing as is standard practice for journal papers.
The deadline for applications, including the information below, is January 30, 2026. Notifications will be sent by February 6, 2026.
